Macaroni and minced meat in a spicy tomato sauce with Italian herbs - baked in the oven with crème fraîche and cheese. Preparation for: 150 g thin macaroni, 300 g minced meat, 100 g crème fraîche or Rama Cremefine to use like crème fraîche, 50 g grated cheese 

  1. Place uncooked thin macaroni in an oven dish (break in half if necessary).
  2. Fry the meat in a little hot oil (e.g. Mazola). Pour in 500 ml cold water, stir in the contents of the sachet and bring to the boil. 
  3. Pour the sauce into the casserole dish and spread evenly between the macaroni. Pour the crème fraîche and cheese on top. Bake in the preheated oven at 200°C (fan oven 175°C) for approx. 30 minutes.
