A real feast: Sliced meat with onions in a creamy sauce with a fine honey-mustard flavour.


400 g shredded pork, beef or turkey, 2 red onions and 75 g crème fraîche or Rama Cremefine to use like crème fraîche.

  1. Peel the onions and cut into thin strips. Fry the cutlets in a little hot oil (e.g. Mazola) over a high heat. Add the onions and fry.
  2. Add 300 ml cold water, stir in the contents of the sachet and bring to the boil while stirring. Cook over low heat for about 1 minute
  3. Add the crème fraîche and bring to the boil briefly.
