Adding Dr. Oetker Bitter Almond Flavouring gives pastries and desserts a delicate bitter almond flavour. One bottle of flavouring is sufficient for 500 g flour or 0.5 l liquid. The flavour intensity is variable because it can be portioned drop by drop. The new caps can be opened easily by bending them sideways and closed again just as easily.

The practical closure makes the Dr. Oetker aroma tubes particularly easy to open and close again. Simply snap the cap off to the side and baked goods and desserts can be refined with the delicious Dr. Oetker flavours.
