Knorr Fix Lasagne means Italy out of the oven: Delicious tomatoes, onions and spices balanced with typical Italian herbs. With the Knorr seasoning mix, you can whip up a delicious Italian lasagne or vegetarian lasagne in no time at all. With the popular seasoning base, an authentic lasagne bake is guaranteed to succeed.

PREPARATION:

200 g minced meat, 6 lasagne sheets (without pre-cooking), 100 g crème fraîche and 50 g grated cheese.

  1. Fry the minced meat in a little hot oil. Add 400 ml cold water and stir in the contents of the sachet. Bring to the boil while stirring and cook for 1 minute.
  2. In a baking dish, alternate layers of sauce and lasagne sheets. Start with the sauce and finish with the lasagne.
  3. Pour crème fraîche and cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (convection oven 175 °C) for 25 - 30 minutes.
