Zurich-style sliced meat in a class of its own: creamy and fine, rounded off with onions and a subtle hint of white wine. Ingredients for 2 portions 250 g sliced veal, pork or poultry 250 g mushrooms (fresh or canned).

250 g shredded veal, pork or poultry meat.
250 g mushrooms (fresh or canned)
The cooking instructions are quick and easy!
- Sauté the sliced meat in 1 tbsp hot oil over a high heat. Remove and keep warm
- Clean the mushrooms, slice (or drain) and fry briefly in the fat.
- Pour in 250 ml cold water and stir in the contents of the sachet. Bring to the boil while stirring and cook for 1 minute. Add the sliced meat and let it heat up in the sauce.
