Our popular quick bread baking mix with seeds was born out of the often expressed desire to bake really good, quick bread ourselves. It tastes wonderful and is incredibly easy and quick to make. You just add water, stir, bake, and after an hour you were not only able to bake a quick bread, but you also have that incomparably homely smell of freshly baked food in the house. Heavenly!
