Dallmayr Caffe Perfetto is made from a carefully curated blend of fine Arabicas and strong Robusta beans, which combine to produce a particularly mild and balanced coffee. The flavour is mainly characterised by aromatic roasted notes and a low acidity. In addition to its mildness, however, the hallmark of this coffee is its particularly dense, fine-pored and consistent crema. But Caffe Perfetto also lends itself to combinations with foamed milk, for example as a cappuccino or latte macchiato. The scope of delivery includes 1kg of whole beans, which are at their best when prepared with a fully automatic coffee maker.
