Quick Bread 5-Grain is our newest gluten-free bread baking mix. We have been grinding the best organic raw materials for bread baking mixes in our own gluten-free mill since 2006. We ensure gluten-free quality with extensive analyzes in the mill laboratory. If you have gluten sensitivity, a pesticide-free diet is particularly important and can contribute to overall relief.
The new 5-grain quick bread combines the best properties of the well-known quick breads with new ideas. The result is a harmonious mix of rice, corn, millet, quinoa and buckwheat, rounded off with a subtle buckwheat sourdough. Naturally gluten-free as usual and this time deliberately without oats or seeds. A delicious, fine bread.
Very important: Where it says quick bread, there is quick bread in it, the preparation is easy and time-saving. Just add water, no yeast needed, and after 60 minutes the smell of freshly baked bread fills the kitchen.
The Bauckhof Mühle is at home in the Uelzen heath region and was founded in 1969 by organic farmers to market organic grain from the region.
