Pork, table salt, dextrose, maltodextrin, spices, spice extracts, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, vitamins (vitamin E, niacin, calcium D-pantothenate, vitamin B6, thiamin, folic acid, biotin), preservative: sodium nitrite, potassium iodate, ripening cultures, beechwood smoke. 100 g of mini salami is made from 181 g of meat. May contain traces of GLUTEN, MILK and EY.
