The special features of Mestemacher protein bread are the proportionate 12 percent protein mix, which consists of wheat and pea protein, the 6 percent soy meal and 3 percent soy flour content. With these components, the bread achieves 3.2 times the amount of protein and contains 82 percent fewer carbohydrates compared to a conventional whole wheat bread.
