Fish from the oven! Juicy salmon fillet in a spicy-creamy sauce with fresh cream.
Preparation for: 250 g salmon fillets (fresh or frozen) and 250 ml cooking cream or Rama Cremefine for cooking (15% fat).
1) Place fresh, thawed or frozen salmon in a shallow baking dish.
2) Stir bag contents into cream.
3) Pour sauce evenly over salmon fillets. Cook in preheated oven at 200°C (convection oven 175°C) for approx. 25 minutes. Cook frozen salmon for approx. 35 minutes.
