Zurich-style sliced meat in a class of its own: creamy and fine, rounded off with onions and a subtle hint of white wine. Ingredients for 2 portions 250 g sliced veal, pork or poultry 250 g mushrooms (fresh or canned).

250 g shredded veal, pork or poultry meat.

250 g mushrooms (fresh or canned)

The cooking instructions are quick and easy!

  1. Sauté the sliced meat in 1 tbsp hot oil over a high heat. Remove and keep warm
  2. Clean the mushrooms, slice (or drain) and fry briefly in the fat.
  3. Pour in 250 ml cold water and stir in the contents of the sachet. Bring to the boil while stirring and cook for 1 minute. Add the sliced meat and let it heat up in the sauce.
