Contains lactose and sucrose. Night's rest Valerian sleep tablets are a traditional herbal medicine to improve your condition during nervous stress and to support sleep. Note leaflet. Do not use after the expiry date. Dosage instructions and method of use: The recommended dose for adults and adolescents over 12 years of age is: • to improve the feeling of nervous stress: 3 coated tablets up to 3 times a day • to support sleep: 3 coated tablets for half an hour to an hour before bedtime. If necessary, you can take an additional 3 coated tablets earlier in the evening. If symptoms of the disease persist or if side effects other than those mentioned in the package leaflet occur, a doctor or another qualified person working in a medical profession should be consulted.
