    USAGE & INSTRUCTIONS:

    Take one capsule once daily without chewing with sufficient liquid with a meal. The stated recommended consumption amount must not be exceeded. Pregnant women should consult their doctor before taking it. Avoid taking other dietary supplements containing vitamin A. It is not advisable to consume other dietary supplements containing zinc.
