Bauckhof has a suitable organic bread and roll baking mix for every taste: classic Demeter breads based on wheat or spelled, grainy or fine. Gluten-free quick breads with seeds, bread spices or various grains. Everything is already there – quickly without yeast and without letting it rise. Gluten-free yeast breads, for example as brown bread or oat bread, as mill bread with 7 seeds or mill bread very fine with a crispy crust. The only thing missing here is yeast and water. And for the perfect breakfast: gluten-free rolls with oats or seeds.
Not to forget our beloved Wunderbrøte – classic, nut and gold. These organic baking mixes do not contain any flour, yeast or gluten and only have oat flakes and seeds as a base. Plus nuts or golden linseed and turmeric. Just add water and put it in the oven.
